| "Ruby and I would like to thank Irene and Cleda for helping us thru our new home experience. This is our 10th home and our 4th new home. I think in the past 49 years, this has been the best and easiest new home purchase. All our concerns were taken care of promptly. With this home it has been perfect in every way. Even the home we had custom built for us did not turn out to be as good a quality as this home. This home has the quietest hear and a/c system we have ever had. I love taking a shower and some one can run the water without scalding or freezing me. The paint finish is the smoothest I have ever seen. I don't know where the Parker's got their trim man from, but as a contractor for the past 12 years I wish they had been doing my work. We enjoy living here with it's peaceful surrounding and convenient location. Thank you for all your help in making this transaction smooth.
